Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the packing slip provided in your portal download.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
